I’ve used Jackie for my shih Tzu grooming for the past 5 years. Jackie is an awesome groomer. I specifically like it that it is in home. Jackie cuts my Layla just the way I like. Most groomers like to cut really short and don’t listen to how we want it. Jackie is such a great animal lover, which makes me so comfortable with her.
Jackie is amazing! She took incredible care of our senior dog who was very difficult to groom, and now our 1.5 year old puppy absolutely loves her and can’t wait to see her on grooming day! She’s patient, kind, and very skilled at what she does. Jackie communicates, clearly about appointments and gives each dog personal love and attention. People always ask where our dog is groomed. She’s the best!
Jackie has groomed two of our dogs - and, not only is she a very talented groomer, she’s so good with them! One dog in particular is tricky about being groomed, and Jackie just makes it look easy - my dogs adore her! Plus, people always comment on how great the dogs look. We feel lucky to have found Jackie, and wholeheartedly recommend her work !
We’ve been bringing our Golden Doodle to Jackie since 2022 and can’t express enough how wonderful she is! After “not great” experiences with at least 4 grooming facilities (and many more groomers), we feel so lucky to have found a gem like Jackie! She is professional, easy to communicate with, and does an excellent job every time! She really cares about the dogs she is working with and our Kona just loves her! On a scale of 1-5 stars, we’d give Jackie 20 stars!!
